Global Head of Marketing

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the Leadership team in a high-profile global marketing role. You will be expected to build on the marketing platform that has been established and support the growth of the Oleeo product in our target markets.
You will be responsible for the UK & US marketing strategy, budget & reporting, product marketing, company brand, external & internal communications, and direct management of the marketing team and sales development manager. The ideal individual will therefore be experienced in the US and UK market, but must have US marketing experience. We are happy to look at candidates based in either the UK or US (East Coast time preferable) but must be comfortable to cover both time-zones.

Your responsibilities will include:
Strategy and Leadership
Develop, lead, and gain alignment on the company’s go-to-market (GTM) strategies, analyzing the market to develop market penetration strategies for the US and UK in collaboration with other leaders
Lead the Marketing team in the development and execution of
Set the strategy for and lead a Sales Development Manager and team, ensuring Sales Development efforts are aligned with Account Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation strategies and campaigns
Establish and set quotas for the sales development team
Marketing, Product, Brand and communications
Play a hands on role in product marketing, developing foundational materials (such as buyer personas, messaging and positioning, buyer's journey), as well as product launch plans and marketing content creation
Lead PR and analyst/influencer relations, achieving strategic coverage in industry publications and analyst research, working with a PR agency
Oversee the social media strategy, setting goals and priorities
Manage the brand platform, creating a holistic brand experience, encompassing the visual brand, as well as the company purpose, mission, and vision
Based on the GTM plans, determine quarterly or bi-annual multi-touch, multi-channel marketing campaigns, including key messagings and activities
Support internal communications, working with HR and CEO, including company meetings
Collaborate closely with sales leaders and field sales, in the US and the UK, on GTM strategies, campaigns, processes, and sales enablement
Reporting & Measurements of success
Create and maintain a revenue model to determine the pipeline needed to achieve the company’s revenue goals, including lead, account, and SAL/SQL/SQO targets
Measure and report on the ROI of marketing investments in terms of pipeline achieved
Create and manage the marketing budget, optimising the marketing mix and spending, and measuring the value of investments
Technology
Lead the successful use of MarTech tools, including Hubspot, 6sense, and Outreach, optimising the value returned
Lead the MarTech stack vision, innovating the use of tech to solve problems, achieve improved efficiencies, and accelerate pipeline growth

Have a background in Business to Business (B2B) marketing Software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology solutions to large enterprises
Leadership and team management experience
Have experience in the Human Resources Tech or recruiting tech market
Have experience marketing to both UK and US markets
Have proven success in account-based marketing
Be data-driven with strong business acumen
Have a passion for marketing automation, account-based marketing, and the effective use of Martech to drive results
Has a deep understanding of product marketing and content marketing
Be able to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution
