Product Enablement Manager



Oleeo is seeking a Product Enablement Consultant as part of our mission to deliver innovative game changing products and the role will be based in our Customer Success team.  Main responsibility of this role is to enable new products to be ready for company enablement with correct marketing messages and be fully understood by our internal employees and our clients as part of our Customer Success offering. 

We are looking for someone with a broad skill set who can articulate new products so that development, sales, marketing, customer success and implementation teams are aligned on new product functionality. Linking internal and external messaging but also highly proficient at understanding how our products work so that they can provide internal product documentation, usage of product via demonstrations, presentations on value proposition, use cases,  pricing and can provide full details for enablement of the new products. 

The person we are looking for therefore needs strong written and verbal communication skills, strong client focussed skills, strong presentation bulding skills, as well as an understanding of pricing in order to ensure the new products are fully enabled once they become part of the product roadmap. 

As pioneers in the Software as a Service (SaaS) Recruitment technology space, we are looking for someone who understands our product and the future of recruiting. The various facets to this role will include you exploring Sales, Marketing, Technical, adoption and implementation so you will need to be able to provide collateral to various teams within Oleeo.

This is a pivotal and new role for Oleeo. You will work within the Customer Success, team but have a lot of contact with Sales, Marketing, and Technical and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the internal product campaigns and getting the right information to market about feature / product releases

  • Dedicated resource / process to ensure development, sales, customers and marketing aligned on new product functionality

  • Ensure delivery of a robust outline of new products,  features and pricing to support sales to avoid confusion of the product capabilities..

  • Owns Internal product documentation and communication in product launch planning

  • Link internal and external marketing messaging

  • Create Internal product documentation

  • Supply screenshots, walkthroughs, early inspections

  • Coordinate communication to business, sales and marketing on release

  • Development, sales and marketing aligned on new product functionality

  • Owns the Launch Planning process and coordinates input from Tech and Marketing

  • Align Employees - promotion of product, strategy, goals 

  • Owns Adoption Strategy - operations, customer success, marketing

  • Interaction with Product Champions

Key skills & experience  

  • Experience of working with a SaaS/software product in terms of product enablement and product internal messaging

  • Able to provide documentation on new products to sales, marketing and customer success.

  • Good knowledge of the technical configuration of the products to support with collateral demonstrating to our customers, sales  and internal business how to use the new products.

  • Good knowledge of how to use and adopt the product for our customers. Able to translate products into collateral that can be easily understood and applied by our recruiting customer group.

  • Good knowledge of pricing on our products and how to incorporate into new features to enable sales to deliver stronger business cases to potential customers.

  • Self starter who is as comfortable working on their own as well as part of a wider team.

  • Good understanding of product development life cycle.

  • Curiosity and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrable critical thinking and able to challenge effectively

  • Good presentation skills; ability to take technical information and translate it visually into business needs and value

  • Able to work in the UK without any restrictions. Security Clearance may be required in the future for this role.


  • Educated to degree level ideally

  • Accredited experience or qualification in Product Management
