The consultant’s role is to provide value added consultancy services’ to Oleeo’s customers across all of operations; from the initial tender process with potential customers, through to implementation of new customers and then after the customer is live. It requires the full spectrum of Software as a Service (SaaS) operations experience ranging from understanding the customers need, software configuration, project management and high level consulting with board level stakeholders. This is a revenue generating role.

Consulting skills are paramount to be successful in this role.

  • Viewed as an expert, trusted advisor who can advise on all strategic recruitment requirements and supporting our customers with how the Oleeo product can meet their recruiting objectives and goals
  • Deliver best practise expertise when reviewing customer processes and when supporting with contracts for new customers
  • Consult with customers on software risk management
  • Ensure consistent management of expectations across the Oleeo Operations team and key customer stakeholders when delivering the Oleeo product
  • Act as a key point of contact for our customer
  • Provide expertise in tender reviews/response submissions and peer review, pricing and gap-analysis
  • Excellent business case development and communication plan development

Project Management

  • Manage project implementations when required and produce high quality functional specifications in line with Oleeo standards
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients during implementation
  • Map existing client processes and support customers who are transitioning from paper to on-line systems
  • Run implementation on your own, if required

Communication

  • Able to engage with board level and C-suite stakeholders and seen as the expert / trusted advisor on the Oleeo product suite
  • Participate and present in Oleeo marketing seminars and sales activities
  • Deliver pre-sales demonstrations when needed and present to board level executives

Technical skills

  • Gather requirements, configure and implement Oleeo solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of best practise Oleeo system design and recruitment processes
  • Excellent knowledge of  e-recruitment best practice

Leadership

  • Viewed as a leader in the e-recruitment software space both internally and externally with Oleeo’s new and existing customers
  • Strong mentor to Implementation Consultants
  • Support sales and account management to increase monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and professional service revenues
  • Be pro-active in creating new consultative revenue streams which generate activities increasing monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
  • Add value to roadmap developments to enhance the Oleeo product range
  • Be a leader of a customer user group if required
  • Deliver guidance, leadership and knowledge to the Oleeo team
  • Expert in the e-recruitment market, both in terms of understanding the market as well as e-recruitment best practice such as attraction, talent banking, search, networking online and entry level recruitment
  • Proven consulting skills within the SaaS e-recruitment industry
  • Outstanding experience of software implementation, project management and customer support for a broad range of customers across multiple industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Evidence of ability to resolve complex recruitment challenges and ensure we support our customer to meet all of their objectives
  • Excellent best practise knowledge of e-recruitment software and all of the operational requirements needed to set up a successful system for the customer.
  • Proven gravitas and experience working with board level stakeholders, including Human Resource and Recruitment Director level, as well as establishing respect of all customer representatives and managing complex, challenging situations
  • Leadership skills to enable and energise customers, colleagues and direct reports
  • Expert on project lifecycle from pre-sales to post implementation and knows how to interact with the customer and Oleeo’s internal teams at each stage
  • Understand software design and development requirements and able to liaise effectively with the in-house technology team and external technology suppliers
  • Exceptional team building skills and able to lead others within the operations team to ensure outstanding delivery to the customer
  • Strong reporting skills and provide accurate management information as needed

Education

  • Degree educated or “qualified by experience” as a Consultant within the e-recruitment software industry
