Oleeo is seeking an enthusiastic and data-driven UK Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. Reporting to our VP of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for the strategy and execution of our UK focused marketing programs that span physical and digital channels.

This role is an exciting opportunity to create unique and memorable digital experiences, both on and off line, that change the way we engage with our prospects, customers, and partners.

As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to help build and shape UK demand generation campaigns, customer communications and events. You’ll collaborate closely with our SDRs and sales teams, the wider global marketing team, and our customer success team.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of 360 degree marketing and have 5+ years relevant experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing programs - including third-party and Oleeo hosted events, webinars, in-person and virtual experiences, integrated campaigns, ABM, and internal kick-off meetings.
  • Build quarterly Field Marketing plans that integrate sales and marketing requirements to support global pipeline and revenue goals using inbound and outbound tactics.
  • Responsible for planning, organising and executing ABM campaigns that generate new prospects, upsell current customers, and advance existing opportunities for the sales teams.
  • Solid understanding about digital marketing
  • Manage and update HubSpot campaigns, including email/nurture campaigns.
  • Plan and manage UK customer reference programs, videos, customers and prospects events.
  • Lead our UK- targeted Sales Development Representatives and ensure we meet lead generation and pipeline goals.
  • Report on monthly KPI’s

Whilst this role is based at Wimbledon we offer hybrid and flexible working, but presence in the Wimbledon office and at UK events is required as part of the position. Specific and individual needs can be discussed at interview. 

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS/tech marketing to enterprise accounts.
  • Ideally HubSpot or other Marketing automation platform experience. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and establish strong working relationships.
  • A self starter who has the ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills to articulate campaign plans to stakeholders.
  • Ability to take technical information and translate it visually into business needs and value.
  • Educated to degree level - or similar - in relevant discipline.

Desirable

  • HCM, HRTech or application tracking system industry experience.
  • Previous experience in field marketing, events management, email marketing, or similar within SaaS.
