Demand Generation, ABM Strategy and Marketing Operations Senior Director - North Americas

We are seeking a strategic, experienced, results-oriented Demand Generation and Marketing Operations expert to help accelerate Oleeo’s growth in the North American market, while also leading the Marketing team’s use of technology to optimize results and power our sales pipeline.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join an established company as it adopts a start up mentality in new markets. Working from home with a diverse team dispersed across North America and Europe, you will play a key role in growing our North American markets, while also leading the use of Marketing technology and best practices globally, including overseeing the effectiveness of the Oleeo global website.

As Demand Generation and Marketing Ops Director, you will report to the VP & Global Head of Marketing to help drive strategic direction and execute on marketing programs to grow the sales pipeline and accelerate the sales cycle. You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally, aligning closely with marketing and sales team members to market our award-winning talent acquisition solutions to medium and large enterprises.

Location: North America (We are happy to consider candidates who can work East Coast time as this role can be remote) with 15-20% travel including London


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Lead the development and execution of the North America Demand Generation plan, optimizing the use of account-based marketing, online/digital and content marketing, events and webinars

  • Conceive, develop, and execute on multi-touch, integrated demand generation and account-based marketing programs and campaigns to drive qualified new business leads, in alignment with company goals

  • Collaborate closely with marketing counterparts, such as communications, product marketing, and sales development, to increase marketing success rates

  • Partner with the Sales Development team to develop and execute regional account-focused playbooks, including outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow up, nurture, digital marketing strategies, and events

  • Optimize and standardize demand creation approaches across the organization

  • Regularly report program/campaign performance 

  • Develop and implement the email nurture strategy 

  • Be a champion for next-generation marketing and operations best practices

  • Manage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgets

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a background in marketing SaaS technology solutions to large enterprises

  • Have proven success conceiving and executing on account-based marketing programs and campaigns

  • Be a master of online and website marketing

  • Be data-driven with strong business acumen

  • Have a passion for marketing automation, account-based marketing, and the effective use of Martech to drive results

  • Has a deep understanding of personas and the buyer’s journey

  • Be creative and resourceful

  • Be able to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution

  • Extensive experience in Demand Generation for B2B SaaS technology products

  • A college/university degree in marketing or business

  • Established track record in operations and analytics with the ability to deliver comprehensive metrics that clearly measure performance

  • Demonstrated expertise in website strategy, search engine optimization, marketing automation, account-based marketing, social marketing, and digital marketing

  • Experience partnering with SDR and Sales teams on campaigns that resonate with prospects and move them along the buyer’s journey

  • Deep experience with marketing operations stack, including marketing automation, CRM, lead scoring, attribution, and account-based marketing technologies
