This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a world-leading e-recruitment product and engage with a prestigious client base. You will need to be customer focussed, with an interest in IT/Technology.  We are open to considering those with a strong customer focus, who are able to demonstrate an interest in developing IT skills, or who have come from a recruitment, HR or IT background and want to join the innovative world of e-recruitment.

You will be a member of the Support team, and your primary role will be to provide 1st line email and telephone support to our broad array of clients as well as 1st line and e-mail support to candidates. This role is hybrid working, mostly work from home with an expectation to be at the Wimbledon Head Office once a week.

Key responsibilities of the Support team:

  • 1st point of contact for all client and candidate queries.
  • Provide system advice, resolve configuration issues and escalate technical issues.
  • Management of requests from initiation to resolution.

Quickly develop your IT and customer service skills in this role and be part of a great and fun team and Company! 

  • This role would suit an individual with excellent customer-facing skills and who has a strong interest in IT. Maybe you are currently working in a software support role and want to work with prestigious customers on a world-class web product, or you are in a customer-facing or recruitment role wanting to expand your IT skill set. Maybe you have finished your degree or equivalent qualification and have an interest in software. 
  • Telephone and email customer service.
  • Possess excellent written communication skills.
  • Able to work efficiently and independently when required.
  • Analytical, problem solving and multitasking skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset to critical issues occurring at pace.
  • Strong team working skills.
  • Knowledge of internet technologies.
