Hybrid/Remote Sales Development Representative



We’re looking for an experienced SDR who’s target driven and self motivated to join our marketing team and generate pipeline. You’ll need to be passionate about understanding the challenges recruitment teams are currently facing, and offer guidance on how to improve their hiring strategy and secure the best talent using Oleeo’s technology. 

You’ll be working in a varied role where you’ll be expected to utilise all channels available to reach prospects; from talking confidently over the phone, sending email sequences that bite with the reader, to posting on your social media profiles and positioning yourself as a thought leader. 

The marketing team are close-knit and there won’t be much cold prospecting, as you’ll receive plenty of high quality leads from marketing. This is an exciting, diverse role which will introduce you to the world of Recruitment Technology and SAAS. It is a varied sales and marketing role where you will be utilising phone sales, social media, thought leadership content sharing, research, presenting and consulting new prospects in order to support sales growth.

Reporting into the Global Demand Generation and Marketing Operations Manager you will be part of the sales development team and responsible for:

  • Researching and calling prospects from an existing database to sell our recruitment tech
  • Leveraging intent data to prioritize your weekly account targets
  • Utilizing Hubspot Sales Hub to manage your daily tasks and sequences
  • Understanding our main competitors and their positioning in the marketplace
  • Presenting to prospects either in person or via video calls.
  • Utilising social media, writing thought leadership content and raising awareness to potential prospects.
  • Achieving monthly booking and qualified meeting targets
  • Compiling the weekly activity and prospecting pipeline report
  • Assisting direct marketing activity including support of Oleeo seminars, managing the invitation list and hosting
  • Supporting the sales/marketing team at exhibitions/conferences to generate leads

Key skills & experience  

Oleeo is looking for a resilient and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with solid sales and B2B SaaS experience to join our growing team! The SDR team is an integral part of Oleeo’s success, partnering with sales and marketing to create quality meetings, which drive new sales opportunities and revenue. 

This position requires heavy outbound phone calling, qualification, consultative selling skills, and tight collaboration with the Sales Directors to generate new opportunities. This is not a silo position. We want an individual who can contribute to the sales and marketing teams, work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, deliver messaging and product feedback to the marketing and product teams, and work proactively to drive overall sales performance.

  • Experience using tools like Hubspot, ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator 
  • Ability to develop relationships with key decision makers at all levels
  • Experience of cold calling potential prospects
  • Able to present to clients
  • Experience of social media networking
  • Enjoys working in team environment, working toward team targets as well as individual goals
  • Excellent attention to detail and tracking of performance; any prior experience of working with either a CRM or prospect database an advantage but not necessary.
  • Demonstrate a passion for learning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to influence and persuade, as well as problem solving, how you might think outside the box.
