Oleeo is seeking an experienced UI / UX Designer to take a lead role in the development of next-generation on-line recruitment products using the latest and best technologies and processes available. 

As a UX / UI Designer you'll be responsible for providing creative solutions to problems within a complex application and creating stunning User Interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • You will define user-interface design, navigation, structure, and hierarchy to serve as a blueprint for all user experiences including mobile and responsive
  • You will develop software as part of a larger programming team utilising your knowledge of programming methodologies and supporting tools
  • Work with product owner to understand business models and goals, and present deliverables to both internal teams and stakeholder groups
  • Organise information by creating wireframes, sitemaps, work-flows, content inventories, specification documents, user scenarios and prototypes, along with thorough documentation and annotations of UK control behaviour
  • You will be working on all sizes of project to ensure user centered design principles and methodology are consistently applied
  • Analyse target audiences, user behaviours, key metrics, and functional specifications to execute user-friendly, goal-orientated solutions
  • Define the most effective nomenclature, taxonomy classes and calls-to action for user interfaces and navigational elements.
  • Analyse site data to improve user experience post launch of new features and products.

  • Educated to degree
  • Strong commercial experience of user experience and user interface design working on medium to large desktop and mobile applications.
  • Experience within the HR technology space an advantage, but not essential.
  • Expertise in prototyping and mockup tools, such as Axure or Balsamiq to deliver UI wireframes, sitemaps, user journeys, data modelling an prototypes of varying fidelity
  • Expertise in creating engaging user interface designs using tools such as the Adobe suite and experience of Heuristic Testing.
  • Strong typography and layout skills are an advantage
  • A confident communicator with good presentation and organisational skills
  • Expertise in user experience design processes, techniques and methodologies
  • Expertise in human interface guidelines, standards, and best practices as they apply to digital platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Strong team player who is able to share ideas and gather feedback.
  • Able to work in the UK without any restrictions. Security Clearance will be required for this role.
