As an  Implementation Consultant you will configure and implement Oleeo’s e-recruitment technology for customers, with a focus on high quality of service. 

The ideal person will be “tech savvy” and comfortable with IT systems in order to gather the system requirements, then configure our recruitment system so that our customers have an amazing recruitment offering for all of their potential new joiners. They will see you as the “technical expert” on the Oleeo recruitment system.

Working in customer facing teams, you will be part of a group of professionals dealing with some very prestigious customers ensuring that the scope, quality and budget expectations of our customers are met.

We run a structured on-boarding programme designed to deliver strong product and business knowledge.  The programme lasts for 12 weeks, after which you will be ready to get involved with our customers and keep on learning. 

The Implementation Consultant role is a fantastic role as it is seen as a critical and pivotal role here. We have seen individuals progress in a linear direction to Senior Implementation Consultant, but we have also seen in the last 4 years individuals move into a Customer Success, Solutions Sales Consultant and Consultant role; so career progression from this role is outstanding and encouraged. 

Due to Covid-19 we are currently all working remotely and doing that very successfully due to our set-up and product.  We will also consider applications from part-time individuals (minimum 4 days a week) and can discuss the specific requirements upon application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run requirements gathering and design meetings for various customers to understand their recruitment system requirements then manage expectations on delivery, budget and timings. There will be an expectation of playing an active role, and at times leading in those meetings, as well as occasionally running training sessions for small and medium-sized groups.

  • Deliver the implementation and configuration of our system to new and existing customers.

  • Use HTML and CSS  to support with configuration and be comfortable dealing with repetitive tasks to ensure outstanding delivery of the Oleeo product.

  • Take ownership of building recruitment process flow diagrams using Visio. 

  • Communicate and consult effectively to our customers your recommendations for their own recruitment processes and procedures.

  • Work internally with sales, project management, customer success, commercial team, technology and quality control teams; our quality control teams are a key interface to make sure that all our work is tested and error free at the point of release to a client

  • Work externally with customer teams from a variety of backgrounds, mainly within HR and IT up to Director Level; often from around the world.

  • Be “tech savvy” and be able to demonstrate either through your education, or practical work experience, that you are familiar with systems and can configure and explain to customers technical solutions to their recruitment needs.

  • Good software product configuration skills, with high quality of work, attention to detail and problem solving skills.

  • Experience of gathering requirements to implement a software solution.

  • Some HTML, CSS skills and experience; Visio is not a necessity as you will be trained, however, be great if you have experience. 

  • Strong experience working with technology platforms, and ideally this will include Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, or Talent Management technology, whether at a technology firm, in an outsourcing or services organisation, or within an Human Resources or Human Resources Information Technology role.

  • Worked with customers, whether they are internal or external, to deliver the business requirements of a systems based project

  • Able to analyse business and stakeholder needs and convert them into system functional requirements

  • Ideally understand the business processes related to Human Resources or Recruitment, and why these are important to customers

  • Strong communicator, able to complete accurate and well-written specifications, have good listening skills, and be comfortable communicating at multiple levels.

  • Experience working on multiple projects often at the same time, with evidence of being able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Educational Qualifications:

  • Ideally we would like applications from those with a technology related degree with strong software experience.

  • If you do not have a specific IT qualification but are able to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of software configuration and implementation then we’d welcome the opportunity to review your application as well.
