We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Enablement Manager to join our growing Product team. Supported by the technical Product Managers, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating product enablement activities across various departments within the organisation, including technical development, marketing, sales, customer success and support. Ideally you will have a solid background in product management/product marketing and a proven track record of driving cross-functional team success.

Whilst our Head Office is based in Wimbledon and there is an expectation to regularly visit for training, meetings, events and company meetings, the role has flexibility for working from home. 

  • Support the Head of Product to develop and execute a comprehensive product enablement and growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product training needs and develop product enablement programs that support those needs.
  • Manage the development and delivery of product training materials, including product demos, training videos, and user guides.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of product enablement programs and adjust the strategy as needed.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to ensure that new products are designed with enablement in mind to drive customer adoption.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop messaging and collateral that supports the product enablement and growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales enablement programs that support the selling of new and existing products.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to develop customer enablement programs that help customers maximise the value of our products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or the equivalent on the job experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or product marketing.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with product enablement tools and platforms.
