The purpose of the Marketing Manager role is to take ownership of and drive marketing and lead generation campaigns. The aim is to build a strong pipeline and generate new sales in UK and help maximise revenue growth from customers. The Marketing Manager will be expected to do this through a variety of activities including integrated campaigns, events and communications. You will produce highly targeted campaigns for our target audiences that build the brand profile of Oleeo within our sectors, and drive lead generation and lead nurturing.   

You will be results focused, organised, creative and able to bring a real sense of drive and enthusiasm. You will define and manage multiple campaigns and plans. The position offers good opportunity for growth, shaping and defining our marketing output. An excellent organiser and communicator, you understand B2B marketing and have experience with enterprise software or SaaS. 

Key responsibilities include:

Campaign management

  • Manage all aspects of campaigns from concept to delivery including ownership of campaign goals, pre and post-campaign activities, budget and return on investment.
  • Project management; work with a variety of internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns and programmes.

 Events

  • Plan and deliver internal and external event plans.
  • Strategies to drive attendance to events and conferences including email marketing activity to leads and prospects.

 Digital

  • Management of Oleeo website and social channels.

 Design and production

  • Organising production of branded collateral and materials with suppliers and agencies.

 Content distribution

  • Sharing our great content to inform and engage internal and external target audiences to drive action.

 Industry and markets

  • Identifying and sharing topics for content and team campaigns and driving through the execution of ideas.

 Reporting

  • Manage monthly reporting across all marketing, campaign and online activities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Communications or Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification is ideal but not essential
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills and must have B2B marketing experience at management level
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Experience of Campaign (Account Based) Marketing, Marketing Technology Tools understanding/management and Lead/Demand Generation.
  • Successfully developed and delivered marketing campaigns to organisational objectives
  • Experienced at event management including pre and post event campaign activities and planning
  • Exposure to international markets
  • Experience working with Content Management System (CMS), Client Relationship Management System (CRM) and Marketing automation or Lead Chatbot tools would be ideal
